We continually review and enhance our security systems, as necessary. All connections to REFR and our website are encrypted using bank-level HTTPS security. This encryption provides the best possible protection from unauthorized parties accessing any information you send to us.

 

2. Data Storage.

 

Your data is backed up every day and retained for as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our backup processes are reviewed regularly to make sure your data is kept as safe and secure as possible.

 

3. Security Audit.

 

We are proud to say that we successfully complete security audits which confirms our high standards for handling user data.

 

4. Protection of Billing Information.

 

We do not store any credit card information.  We process all credit card transactions using a third party company called Stripe.  You can access their Security policy here.
